Specialized home care services include:

  • Ambulation and assistance with walking

  • Other tasks as needed.

Hospice Care
Our compassionate caregivers provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual support needed to make the most of every moment of your life. We understand your needs and goals and support both in each step of your journey.

Hospice care may be right for your loved one when living with an end-stage illness, which has a six-month life expectancy, should the disease run its normal course. There are no limits on the amount of time you can receive hospice, but your physician must order the service once every six months to determine if our care is still appropriate. We will be glad to complete an assessment to help determine if hospice is a treatment option for your loved one.

The benefits of hospice care are proven by research to support improved pain and symptom management. In fact, many families say they wish they had received hospice care sooner.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care

If your loved one is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia, you know how difficult it can be to provide care. We can give you the resources and support you need to navigate the stages of this disease, ensuring comfort and dignity for your loved ones.

When a loved one has dementia, it is easy to feel like you are on your own and often you do not know what to expect going forward. That is why we provide family education designed to help families better support their loved ones and deal with the stresses and emotions of caring. We are also there to turn to when you have questions and need additional resources. Our support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Transportation
Our caregivers provide transportation to doctors, grocery shopping, hair appointments, and other miscellaneous errands.

We individually match our caregivers to your needs or the needs of your loved ones. Our caregivers will go the extra mile to deliver the best possible care that you and your family deserve. We provide Nurse Supervision in all cases.

Our expert care team helps you maintain your independence, all while reducing the risk of unplanned hospital visits. If you want to recover in the comfort of your own home, we can help.
